Default 24MixPlus/Win2K/P4?

My Guitar Center guy got me a 24MixPlus, 888|24, and the Control|24. They're really helpful, but don't know much on PC's.
This is what I'm thinking on the PC...please comment on what should be improved/changed:

-Abit TH7II Motherboard Intel 850 Chipset
-P4 1.8GHz
-1GB PC800 RDRAM
-Adaptec 19160 Ultra160 SCSI Controller
-(2) Segate Cheetah 36.7GB 10,000rpm U160 Drives 4MB cache a/v rated
-Matrox G450 Vid Card
-Linksys Network Card
-Pioneer 16x DVD
-Plextor 24x10x40 CDRW
-Win2K w/SP2

...and that's it. Machine will be dedicated to ProTools

I haven't seen any P4 posts in regards to ProTools TDM rigs, so any help would be appreciated. Will it work?
Thanks!
