Default PT HD 10 - can I use my MBox Pro 3 as an additional tandem AD/DA?

Anyone have any luck forcing their MBox to run in tandem with everything else? I had a Service Code and on my call with Avid Tech Support they expressly said... NO. And then said I could restart and hold "N" and they choose which sound card I wanted, pick the MBox Pro 3, and that PTHD would run off of it....

But what I really want to do is have the MBox Pro come up as an additional set of Ins and Outs.... just to expand my setup. Is there a way? Has anyone tried this?

My current setup is as follows....

Apogee Rosetta 200 connected to HD Accell Core via HD card option. Shows up as 192 #1.

This is going to monitors as I mix ITB.

Apogee AD-16x connected Daisy Chain to Rosetta and showing up as 192 #2.

I would love to somehow get 192#3, and get access to MBox 8 in and 8 out.

Please help!!!!

maybe you could set it up as the computers I/O then rewire it in to Pro Tools from some other app?
It's the HD's cards that preventing the MBox from being aggregated in

or maybe SPDIF out of the 192 to the SPDIF in on the Mbox

Craig - There's a MIDI SPDIF on the back and a breakout cable, you think maybe I could connect that to the rosetta or Ad-16x? How would I route that in?

You can put the Mbox Pro into a standalone mode, but that will only give you 2 channels through Spidf. There's no other way to aggregate it in because PT HD systems are designed to not aggregate.
