Default Question about "1-Year Subscription Crossgrade"

Hi boys,
I have pro tools 12.4 (Perpetual licenze) and my annual Plan is expired on Jan 2016.
If now I buy 1-Year Subscription Crossgrade, Paid Upfront (€105.91) on Avid web page, can I download last version of pro tools?
Thanks

Yes. You will crossgrade to a subscription, and be able to use the latest version. You will have to surrender your perpetual license as well.

And, if you crossgrade to a Subscription of Pro Tools, thereby giving up your Perpetual License, if you stop paying for the Subscription, you will no longer be able to use Pro Tools once the term of the Subscription is over.

Remember you cannot use "renewal" code for expired support plan. You need to find a reseller that still has old stock of "reinstatement" codes.
