Default Nd Native PCI-e and 192 I/O

Hello,

I feel confused with cables I need to connect the HD card and 192 I/O. Do I have to use Digilink mini F - Digilink M adapter and Digilink mini M- Digilink mini M cable?

Thank you!

I just did this actually. The adapter connects to the 192 port and the newer mini digilink cable. I have 2 192s and a HD IO 16x16 with the HD being the "loop master." The mini digilink cable connected to port 1 of my HDN card goes to the primary port of the HD IO while the secondary port (of the HD IO) has an adapter (came with PT when upgrading to PT10) connected to the primary port of the first 192. The mini digilink cable connected to port 2 of my HDN goes to the Digilink mini F - Digilink M adapter that connects to the primary port of the second 192. I just added this 192 to my system. It is confusing because I have the other adapter from the upgrade from PT 8-PT 10 which is a little different. The loop sync goes out of the HD IO into 192 #1 then out to 192 #2 then back into the HD IO. When looking at the Hardware the HD IO is the #1 IO. I hope this helps.

Does the mini digilink cable have the only revision? I've been trying to find out that cable on eBay and there was only mini digilink (m)-mini digilink (m) cable. Does it fit?

Thank you

To the best of my knowledge, yes. I also ran the HDN card and I had pairs of HD IO and 192 IO connected with a single adapter connecting the card to the first 192(via the older Digilink cable).
