Is Digitest a thing anymore?

Having weird dropouts in my HDX rig, so tried running digitest....but just crashes. Am on Yosemite, Mac pro 6 core 5,1. Running protools 12.8, and HD driver 12.8.
Anyone have any ideas on how to make it work? Also, AvidAudioServer and Core audio dont work
