Default Pro Tools Control Fail

Hey, all. Trying to get iPad access to my PTHD system, and absolutely can't get the iPad to connect to PT. It is paired with the the PC via Bluetooth, I've registered and installed the app and software, cleared all Eucon programs in Windows Defender, activated Eucon in PT, and tried starting in every conceivable order, but I still get "not connected" in the app. I'm at a loss as to what to try next. Any suggestions?

Hmmmm I’ve got it working thru wireless with PT12 and Ipad. Didn’t know you can use Bluetooth though..

Eucon need to be on a WiFi network aswell as your computer to work. Bluetooth wont work with eucon so you nened to setup Eucon correctly step by step and that takes a few and some vigilance.

Ah, thanks, I didn't realize it wouldn't work just through Bluetooth. I guess because it was such a breeze to set up and control Logic on my Mac via Bluetooth I assumed that's the way everything worked. Wrong.
