Problem to conect Artist Mix with MacPro

Hello friends

I have a problem with connection of Artist Mix and my MacPro. Do you have any advice for me or it is better to return this controler to the seller?

This message I always receive:

Network error
Unable to connect to the unit named "MC Mix"... etc

Please, what to do with that?
