Default Windows 7 freezes...what to do with DLOG files?

Hi

I'm living a real nightmare. Since February I installed and reinstalled twice my system (w7 32bits), and so my Pro Tools 10 , but I get this problem aleatory. Suddenly, when I'm working on a session, the session freezes and my computer freezes too. I cannot even restart or force the restart from the system. It happened 3 times in front of a client in the control room, and I was forced to cancel the mixing session...

Now i' ve got the dlog files from 2 of this crashes that happened yesterday and today.Where can I send them , so somebody from Avid can analyse them?

Thanks!

Luis

(I attached the files if somebody want directly to download it)

I use 2 SSD HD for recording and playback, connected through internat SATA. They are formatted NTFS

I’ve got 2 partitions with 2 systems :

When my problems started, I had only one sytem (w7 64). I installed the new system (32 bits version ), searching a solution, but the problem still persists.
I’ ve reinstalled everything ,but nothing, the same problem… Her is the Sandra report.

My mouse and keyboard hve got a Bluetooth connection…I’ve tried a keboard /mouse with cable, but I’ve got the same problem.
MIDI keyboard and Bluetooth are connected to the computer through an external USB 3.0 hub.

Default Re: Windows 7 freezes...what to do with DLOG files?

I'm not sure whether the Z77 motherboard is compatible AT the very least, I would add a second stick of RAM that is exactly the same part number as the one stick you have(and check with the motherboard maker to find out which RAM slot it should mount in for proper "dual-channel" operation) as that should improve performance(but if the motherboard and Z77 chipset are not compatible, it won't help). Any Z77 users out there? Please report your experience

Personally, I would not dual-boot and I see no reason to bother with Windows7 32 bit. The 64 bit version is going to give much better performance, all around. Also, make sure that Pro Tools(the software) is installed on drive C: Your sessions should be on a separate hard drive that does NOT host the OS or sample libraries(if you have any).

Another problem that appear was that when I'm mixing on the Ssd drives, an error message appear randomly "Pro Tools cannot autobackup", and I cannot even save manually the current settings on the session. So I take the sessiom to the system drive so I can finilize it.
This problem appears sometimes when I'm mixing and is very frustrating ...too many problems together that makes my work a nightmare.

I must to say too that I have two DAWS on my system Cubase. 7 and Pro tools. This was another reason why I installed each DAW on a different system, thinking each program would peform better, Albee...what do you mean with motherboard and Z77 chipset compatibility?

Thanks
