Default Saving Transfuser Set-ups Question

When saving a user setup in Transfuser using the "save" function, there doesn't appear to be a way to re-save the same project after an edit. You have to type in the name of the file every time you hit save and you end up with multiple files of the same name. It doesn't even give you the standard alert box that says "there is already file of the same name, do you want to overwrite?" The only workaround is to name them [FileName]version 1..[FileName] version 2 etc... Am I missing something, or is there a way to overwrite a saved session in Transfuser, using the same name after you make a few edits to it?
