Convert B4 track to audio

I have been running the b4 plug in my sessions as follows:

NOTE:
When you are ready to record
you will record on the B4 MIDI 1 It is the midi that is recorded and the midi is what drives the B4
output.

I would like to convert the b4 track to audio (instead of midi driving the b4) and get rid of the b4 instance in my session to free up resources. Any ideas?

Whatever track has B4, assign its output to an unused bus. Create a new audio track, assign its input to the same bus.
Record the new audio track.
