Default Why is my ProjectMix I/O not automated anymore by my Pro Tools 8 M-Powered ...

I have re installed PT 8 on my new iMac 27 QuadCore i5 4gb and I can't seem to be able to have PT be automated by my ProjectMix I/O. I still works on my laptop but I want the softwares in my new iMac. I am running 10.6.6 (Snow Leopard)
