Newly recorded tracks play out of sync
Here's the problem,
When I record electric guitars, the tracking is great and in perfect time (thanks to a great guitarist). However, when I playback, they are WAY out of time! WHY??!?!?! I have two mics on an amp, sending them to two mono aux tracks in PT, then setting the output to a bus, and recording the blended signal. I do have delay comp on. I know that the quick answer is "turn off delay comp." Well, I've been using this same exact setup for two years and have never had a problem with it. In fact, I used this same setup yesterday with no problem. I've tried restarting, but that doesn't work. I need help ASAP! |

Re: Newly recorded tracks play out of sync
So, I think I solved the problem.
There was an RTAS and TDM plug on one of my other tracks causing a very large compensation. So, usually when I track, the delay isn't very significant...not even audible. |
