The Pro Plugins included with PTHD12... 'No licenses'

Hey everyone,

I have a Pro Tools 12 HD license and it's on my iLok etc and it's the license I use to run pro tools (obv).

When I go to open Pro Limiter etc (the plugins that you download in your products and services under additional value content).... I can't open them as it opens a license activation box ... I click activate ... But it says no licenses / expired or something similar.

Has anyone else experienced this? Should I just call Avid support and have them sort it?

You should also have a Pro Tools HD Plan license in your iLok account - that's the license that authorizes the Add Value Content plugins. Reply back if you don't see that.

I also have that, because when I upgraded to Pro tools 12 using the upgrade plan I had to activate that plan.

The Pro Tools HD Plan license is Activated to your iLok and you are using the plug-in versions from your Avid account?

Searched for your account using your community email but that Avid account doesn't have a Pro Tools HD product. If on an Upgrade & Support Plan you should have an Access the Support Center link in your Avid account, so please click that then create a case under Equipment (or Cases) with your info (including iLok ID). Thanks!

The email with this account isn't the HD product.

I'll do that now... Thanks a lot! I assured the PT HD12 license and plan included embedded licensees for the pro plugins. I can open on run PT12HD so not sure why they won't open.

If you activate your Pro Tools HD Plan license to your iLok2 and that license is still valid (hasn't expired) but your plug-ins still do not work please start a support case and reply back here with the case #. Thanks.
