Default PT10.2 - WIN7 - 9128 - Core Parking

Posting this for anyone who is getting the 9128 error on PT10.2.
My version of Windows 7 Home Premium had core parking enabled.

Since disabling core parking via regedit I only get the error when engaging an UAD-2 plugin, (UAD-2's fault??), since disabling core parking.

My system specs are in my signature w/ 24bit - 44k - 256 buffer.
Here is the link on "How to disable core parking on Windows 7":

Initially I did the essential Win7 optimizations according to Avid notes:

http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...n&DocType=1078

Disabling core parking has improved my system (aside from the halt received when inserting a UAD-2 plugin).
Note: The UAD-2 plugins are useable beyond the stage of insertion.
I don't think I can get around the UAD-2 w/ the 256 buffer plus UA rep told me to use minimum 512 buffer. (I'm not doing it).
Hope this helps those suffering from the constant 9128 error since updating to PT 10.2. (minus UAD-2 plugin insertion).
