Why is protools le not recognizing my mbox mini????

i bought an mbox mini without protools le (they sent me the wrong one it was supposed to be the packaged deal) i installed the drivers and hardware for the mbox not realizing that protools le was not included. I then returned it for the packaged deal with Protools le I installed the protools program and now when i try to open the program it says Hardware not detected and i need to make sure the hardware is connected and on then click "ok" but when i do the warning just stays on the screen. i run windows 7, i have an mbox mini and protools le. any suggestions? i got rid of my old equipment already so desperately need to get this running any help would be greatlt appreciated

What version of Pro Tools did you install?

Win7 must have version 8.04 or higher.

If you are not already running 8.04 or 8.05 I suggest you upgrade to 8.05 (free);

The downloaded update is not a full install so DO NOT uninstall current version (if it is 8.0) on your computer. Just run the update installer with pro Tools program closed.

Once updated, update drivers as well;
