Default Importing Nuendo Into PTLE

I'm doing some remixes for a friend who did the project in Nuendo and need to bring them into PTLE7.

Off of the disc I see an "audio" folder, but also an "edits" folder with what looks like a similar version of the song in it, so I'm not sure what that's about, but the main question is this:

After I "imported audio to track" the music didn't sync up. I guess he forgot to justify everything left? Anyway I don't know much about the whole "timestamp" thing. Is there a way to use it to sync up the wavs without doing it manualy?

Thanks in advance. -J

make sure the files were bounced (renderd) in Nuendo before you import audio to track in PT. PT won't put them at the time stamp. You need to spot to original time stamp for each individual file using the spot function. I haven't figured out how to spot multiple audio files at once. I know you can with DP, Nuendo and Logic. If anyone else knows how to spot multiple audio files, I'd really like to know.

Hope this helps....

I've never used that function. Can you explain a bit about how to "spot" them?
