Crashes crashes and crashes!!!!

Dear Digidesign!!!!
this problem me several day!!!!!
Why this stupid "HD Engine" change on "DirectIO" when I trying play any file from Project Browser, then during change Pro Tools going to!!!!???
Why this don^t work with Reason and whattahell Project Browser can not work with HD Engine.

TeeeLLLL me something about this or F_I_X_____T_H_I_S__B_U_G_Z!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"more me" has a point ... its all frustrating at times, but no one is going to help you if you dont specifically and articulately describe your problem. We all can, and do, swear at the friggin technology at times, but its of no use here.

My problem is following:

Pro Tools 6.1 crash when I try drag from browser any audio file from directory at some drive as work dir.
Work dir and source directory are inside global directory with name "Projects".
And I work with several project , not leaving Pro Tools.
After several "close" and "open" operations Pro Tools is unexpectly quit without alert.
Other problem - is REWIRE.
When I work with Reason 2.5, I create Stereo Audio Track and insert in this track RTAS Rewire plugin.
I connect this plugin to the MixL and MixR outputs of the Reason HardwInterface.
Example, after scrubbing in Pro Tools any audio file, or select and deleting(removing) audio data in several tracks, or drag any files from browser, Reason is mute. Level meters on Reason Mixer are working. But Level meter in Pro Tools mixer, somewhere rewire plugin is not work.
Thus everything, all transport functions are working.
After reload rewire plugins only, sound from Reason are playing in Pro Tools mixer.
I think, that Digidesign not want fix this f..ing bugs.
May be somewhere I can find any bugfixes?
MacOSX 10.2.6, G4 Silver, 1gb ram, Barracuda IDE HD

This is not the decision of a problem. If I have paid 25000 dollars, I want, that the system worked precisely and correctly. And the company the manufacturer listened to users and corrected the defects.

I had an impression, that company Digidesign very prejudicedly concerns to the East Europe.
I'm from Ukraine and I till now have not received customers number. I have bought Pro Tools in March.

It is not normal. Let at them sales across the East Europe make only 5 percent, but we too want to ourselves the human attitude.
