Hi Chris,

Upon checking, your Upgrade plan for your Perpetual Product expired on November 11, 2016. It was not renewed within the 30 days grace period after it expired. I can see the the Support Plan renewed and is valid until Jan 21, 2019.
I've already coordinated your case with the web store team, you should receive an Email within the day, please reply to that Email for further assistance.
