Default Pre

Who's using the 8 channel Mic Pre. I want one, but I don't see any for sale on eBay! What's up? These preamps must be great?

They're clean and never a bad choice. But IMO their best feature is that they are remote controllable straight from the Mix Window, if you have connected them properly. If that's what you need/like, they're great.

You will find a lot of haters here on the Digi Pre, I have one and really like it. I only really use it for drums as I have other high end pre's that I use for the most important tracks.

Do a search at Gearslutz, you should be able to find a song there where every track was recorded with Digi Pre's and it sounds very good!

They usually go for 700 bucks these days!
