New Mac Pro (7.1)

Belkin cable kit had wring connectors...
A lot of talk here and everywhere about needing the Belkin kit - which I ordered without thinking. BUT the Belkin has 8 and 6 pin connectors- no 4 pin - and the HDX card has a 4 pin connector - What am I missing?

Think of the Belkin cable as an adapter/extension cable for the Avid one that comes with the HDX card. I didn’t need it with my 7.1 Mac Pro, one of the Avid HDX cables worked fine.
