It's been mentioned a few times, that this is in the mix of fix... However, not as straightforward as one would imagine.

We think we may have found the culprit (a settings file was not getting updated correctly) Trying to get a fix into 19.9.1 this week.

Unfortunately the fix had some side effects and deleted other midi devices so will have to wait until the next release later this year. The inserts issue might be in PT so probably in its release later this year too.

Issue still not fixed.
Also, I can't seem to find a download link for 3.6.1 so I can try the workaround.

20.1, though I have to keep running PT 2019.12.0 because of the OMF import bug.
I did do a fresh install of the EUCon unified workstation install. No midi ports show up in the SSL sigma application, or in my midi hardware window. Any thoughts on what I could be overlooking?

Are you on Mac, Do you not see the Euphonix MIDI ports in the Mac Audio prefs. Have you assigned them in the EUCON Control Panel
