So I just renewed my subscription for education cause my license expired due to late payment. I brought my account back to active status but I still can't launch pro tools cause I dont have the license. Is there something I can do to get the license or do I need to have Avid do it?

Try going online with your system and syncing your iLok through the ILM software.
