Default Memory markers

If I start a new session the markers are still there? I've researched it an found nothing. How do you get rid of the memory markers? I have 2 blue and 2 white flags. I figured out how to turn the orange flags to white but that is as far as I could go. Running Pro Tools 12 Thanks . Running vista Pro 8 gb of ram.

Try dragging the markers down into the Edit window and letting go.

Default Memory markers

Sounds like you are in dynamic transport mode. The white flags and yellow flags are pre-and post rolled both on and off

two white flags? And these aren't pre-roll and post-roll indicators?

Then perhaps as some here have indicated, you may be seeing "Post and Pre roll" markers.

How are these impeding your workflow?

This is my first time using Pro Tools. So I guess I'm going to get a book or watch some videos on YouTube. Then maybe I/ll understand what is going on.. Thanks

I highlighted over them and yes they are pre roll and post roll and the blue markers are the timeline selection-in point and timeline selection out point. So I cant delete them and is there another window that I could go to? Running windows 7 Thanks
