one of the issue is solved.

Magically there is in the studio a Keyboard, that when is ON, cause the touch problem. When I put it in OFF the Touch begin to work again... Incredible...

Alas now I have another problem. The 2 Unit (Main, and Fader Expansion), sometimes, after 3 hours c.a. don't work together.

As online, as offline. I tried to change the Ethernet Hub, and the Cables but this is not enough. The thing happened also with the Mac Pro Off.

I can't for example do the Vegas Test, or Cycle. as quite always, the Faders on the Main Unit stop to move.

Any suggestion?

In the utilities there a fader test mode. Exit pro tools and run these tests offline. I'd be curious to see if you face similar issues with the unit offline.
One of the tests is a touch test. As soon as you touch a fader cap you should see a solid T in the channel strip display.
Let us know what the result is of these tests / give us some more info about the age of your system etc and lets take it from there

I've been having fader problems for a long time. I did this offline touch test and 3 faders do not show a T. I've tried cycling the faders for 10-15 min prior to sessions with no luck. On one of the channels I have an encoder that doesn't work 90% of the time. (probably has nothing to do with the fader issue but I thought I'd mention it just in case they're related) What would be my next step? Bought my D-Command ES in 2008 and added modules in 2009. Replaced the main unit fader pack thru warranty with digi in 2009. But have problem faders on Main and additional fader pack. Any ideas would be helpful. I believe I've tried everything mention on this forum.
