Instrument track view toggle

Hi,

Something has changed; maybe un update consequence, or I set a preference somewhere ... but it's quite annoying and I didn't find any help about it :

On instrument tracks, track view toggles between notes and velocity, while I'd like it to toggle between notes and blocks, as before.

Any clue ?

Do you mean in Zoom Toggle? In Preferences you can tell track view to toggle to last used.

Well. Im' still using workarounds but didn't find any answer.
And no, it's not about zoom, only about "track view" , the key command
that toggles between waveform and volume (automation) on audio tracks,
now toggles between notes and velocities on instrument tracks,
while I'd want it to toggle between notes and blocks as before.

Any clue on this would be greatly appreciated; thanks.

Do you have Zoom Toggle turned on?

I bet you do. Try turning it off and see what happens. (press the e key while in command focus )

So you have to press the E key to get out of Zoom Toggle, which you might be in for a whole session and not even know about because if you don't set Zoom Toggle to look different than normal, you'd never know. That's the answer and it works!
