Hi,

I alerted Jeffrey (case owner) about this, you should get an update from the licensing team anytime soon.

Thanks,

Hi JLN,
Please check your iLok License manager and activate the Pro Tools Subscription license on the Available Tab. Once activated you can now launch your Pro Tools.

Thanks,
TD

Hi,
Same issue here.
Avid processes my credit card (and I tried mine and my wife's) but then when I open ProTools it simply says my license is expired and that I should contact the publisher.
I tried to do so, in the first attempt (I have been having this issue for a couple of weeks now) support provided me with a temp license but it has expired AGAIN and now I'm locked out of my working tool, having recording sessions to do and clients to attend to.
I tried sending more e-mails today. No answer yet. I tried to fill out a form in the customer care area, it simply won't go through.
I'm desperate.
Can somebody please help?

Welcome to the community.

I see that Arianne solved this via the support case started yesterday. Please activate the Pro Tools Subscription and Pro Tools Plan licenses to your iLok. Thanks!

New to the club. Same issue! Disappointed this hasn't been resolved. Can someone please figure out how to fix this issue for the greater good?
