Default Omnisphere 1.20

Anyone else getting lots of ticks and pops since upgrading to 1.20? I'll try the official support route, but just curious. It's not a clocking thing, all my other VIs are still working fine, but something is up with Omnisphere.

I don't have pops and clicking during playback, however I think it got more cpu intensive since the upgrade I've done. Switching back and forth and playing my keyboard, finding the sound I want, I can hear pops now and then. Even got one time an error message in PT. But in general I don't have any problems.

I seemed to have fixed it. I had my hardware buffer set to 64, and it clearly didn't like that. Bumping it to 128 seems to have solved it for now.

Yep. Have noticed pops and clicks on some patches since upgrading to 1.2.0. I've plenty of RAM and Mac 8 core. All other VI's fine. You still hearing any since lowering your buffer settings?

Actually it was lowering the hardware buffer that seems to have caused them. When running 64, the lower buffer setting, I was getting them. But I had only changed to 64 around the time I went to 1.20, so maybe that setting would have caused the clicks and pops anyway.

After going back to 128, where I normally have it, no more clicks and pops.

So if you're hearing some, try upping the buffer by one setting and see if that helps.

Nothing to do with buffer settings for me. I saw your post having just updated and then I noticed some issues with clicks on patches I use regularly. Interested to hear if anyone else has noticed these..
