Default 911! Anyone know the power supply for D Command?

My power supply blew up this morning. Anyone know the kind used for the D Command by chance?

Here you go!!

I have replaced 2 of mine with this. There are 3 supplies in each unit, so make sure it's the right one!

Good luck!

Actually found the same thing, thanks! Turns out it was a bad chip. Overnighted a new one and BAM, back up and running as of just now!

Always check capacitors on PSUs (virtually 'free' if you can solder) before buying whole new PSUs.

Easy to check, easy to change and in 8/10 cases it'll be a cap that's gone bad or is going bad.

Is someone know how to open the dcommand to access to the power supply module. Is there a video somewhere in the web (I didn’t find it ).

Thanks to all member of that group.

Hi,

Take the right hand side panel and metal side panel off, about 16-20 small screws holding the metal panel on.

Then undo the 8 top allen bolts that hold the monitor and dynamics section in and just pull these sections out taking care of the connecting cables/ unplug them. and there you will see the 3 power supplies. Logic board power supply on the left. LED power supply in the middle and the faders power supply on the right.

Inspect capacitors for bulging on the top. caps have a cross carved on the tops to aid when they expand so you can see where they lift and bulge when they fail.

If you view one of my facebook posts here you can see the power supplies and a blown cap on the logic board...

Here's the whole post with info about the caps ive bought...

Hello all,

I need little...

The power supply for my C|24 has left the building. Does anyone happen to know the part number that Sager would recognize?

The unit is from Skynet #850-z300-D

There is a clicking sound coming from the unit, it currently being repaired but not feeling good without a backup or contingency plan.

Thanks
Lou
