You're right, Pro tools jus can't cut it for serious editing at the moment - even with PT 10! Sadie, Pyramix etc are still the only contenders. I'd love to be able to edit my classical recordings on protools, instead of having to import all the mono wavs into sadie to edit properly! And that's another thing - it's great that PT10 can now handle stereo wavs but why can't it record to multi-wavs either? It's very cumbersome dealing with thousands and thousands of mono wavs!
