Session Hangs on load / crashes /

Have a weird problem, when loading a session and during plugins loading PT hangs then crashes. So my next step was to find which plugin is causing it, I held down SHIFT (windows 10) on load and the session loaded fine. I then began making each plugin active until the session crashed, but the problem is it is random, one second its the built in PT 1 Band EQ, next second its suboom bass, next second its Reveal Sound Spire, there is no pattern to what is causing the crash?
Anyone having similar problems?

UPDATE: At first I thought SPIRE was at fault as I had 3 versions of the plugin, but it seems that is not the case, there is no pattern to which plugin is causing the hang, I found a way around it, but it is annoying, I have to load the session with plugins disabled, then duplicate all channels that have a synth on them and delete the original, I then save it and reopen within the session and that works, I have to do this each time. I have reinstalled Pro Tools, trashed setting and all sorts.... this is a PT problem because if it were a plugin why is it random, for example it may crash on loading spire, then delete spire then its exhale, delete exhale then its avenger....
needs to be reported to the devs...
