Pro Tools 8 & Akai MPK49 Keyboard Controller

wait so is there a learn function for pt?
i haven't used pro tools in a long time and up until now my pt8 has just been an icon on my desktop. is there a learn function so i can teach my pt about the faders?
if so i can just save it as a template.

I just moved over to Pro Tools 9 MP and tried loading up the CS10 template. Pro Tools 9 doesn't appear to see the controller. Do you have Pro Tools 9 working with the Akai? or have any updated steps? Totally understand this is an old post. My MPK49 works great in the X1 Sonar
