Unhappy Issues using Propellerhead Balance interface with Pro Tools 10

Alright, so full disclaimer. I'm pretty new to routing inputs and outs so I was really hoping my Balance interface would just plug and play.
That's what the guy who sold me my Protools 10 today told me. Which apparently isn't the case. I was wondering if anyone knows if i need to download a protools specific driver for it or if there's anyone using Balance fine with pro tools that could give me a hand?
Any help would be great. I was really excited about getting this up and running. Doh.

If you have installed a Windows driver for it, next step is to hold the N key while you open Pro Tools(to bring up the Audio Engine window) and try to select the interface. If that works, go to(inside Pro Tools) Setup>IO and look at the input and output tabs. You will find a DEFAULT button on each page, so hit those and close the window. Now you should be able to create some tracks and assign the IO correctly. You could also try ASIO4ALL, which is a freeware ASIO driver that might also work.
