Behringer X-Touch finally shipping

Got word a few days ago that the first shipment is on the way. Hopefully, I will be able to get my hands on one of the first and report on it

I have never in my life been interested in a Behringer product....but after watching the sweetwater review on the X-Touch this looks perfect for my setup. I just have to get by the Behringer history. $599 is a great price point for what it does.

Re Behringer's history, yes its been "colorful" to say the least. But consider what has transpired in the last 2-3 years. At the same time they bought Midas, they built a new manufacturing facility in China that is so big, its called Behringer City and that new factory is so "state of the art" that other industries are studying it to see how they can improve their own manufacturing. Then, Midas contributed a lot of technology to the X32, and more. Having used several X-32 mixers over the last 2 years(X32, X32 Compact and X32 rack, and Midas M32) I have to say that those products stomp everything in those price levels, and sound very good(much better than Yamaha M7 and LS9)

Sorry but this doesn't excite one bit!

I mean look at those led boxes and the finishes of them. Looks very used and .. I will stop there.
Are you really interested in these things? Plastic feel all over it. Toched a few of the other products and had hard buttons that felt very unluxury. No thanks!

And they have got a very low rating in both build quality and functions.
