Default Workspace forgetting files PT 11.2.1

Hi,

A friend is running PTHD11.2.1 under Mac OS X 10.9.4 with an MBox2 Pro on a (3,1) MacPro. Occasionally, when doing a search for slates previously indexed, Protools can't find them (or other takes) via a workspace search - even if they are used in the session!

So far, the only work around has been to delete the cache files within Users > Shared > ProTools and reindex the folders in question, but this is time consuming.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this??

thx.

Ed

Same here, I have to delete cache nearly on a daily basis.
Hard to trust in the search-results atm...
What is wrong?

Default Workspace forgetting files PT 11.3.1

This is still an ongoing issue for me. Over time the database just starts missing more and more results the older it gets.
I have resorted to keeping a backup copy of a database that does correctly search my SFX drive and replacing the corrupted database at least once a week (to save the time of re-indexing a massive SFX library).
This is popping up in several other posts now, so Pls Avid get this resolved.
