Question about installing Avid virtual instruments.
Im about to install pro tools express for the first time, Is it possible to start up my pro tools express (already downloaded and unzipped), then come back and install the avid virtual instruments? (currently downloading) but I don't know where to save my avid virtual instruments so they appear when I open the program.

I would wait until the files are downloaded as it may become corrupt if installing PT at the same time as you download that big of a file. The installer will place the instruments in the correct folders so all you need to do after the file is finnished downloading is install PT. Then install the instruments and you should be good to go Hollaback if you have any issues after installation Best of Luck Chris

Thank you so much! I think I got them, in the instrumental section of the tracks I have Boom, structure free, and Xpand2, I think that is all the avid instrumentals are they not?
