Digital Performer 4.1 and Pro Tools on One Mac
I need to mix some DP sessions in Pro Tools. I am planning on purchasing DP 4.1 and installing it, but I would GREATLY appreciate some input from others.
I am currently running a Pro Tools 6.1 HD 3 in OSX and it works perfectly. I am always nervous about rocking the boat. Can several PT and DP users chime in on their experiences. Are both programs stable? Is it allright to have both set up? Will Pro Tools still work exactly the same? Are there any difficulties in switching back and forth? Thanks so much! I have DP 4.1 and PTHD on the same system and have had no problems.

What happens when you open a session? Do all the MAS plugin's show up?
