Didn't get Smack! with my $199 Upgrade and Support Plan (purch Nov 25-30)

I have started a Support Center request and will pursue it in that way. I purchased the $199 deal that was supposed to include Smack!.

I bought the Upgrade and Support Plan for $199 which clearly offered Eleven and Smack!. I received the iLok activation for Eleven, but not Smack. Neither is Smack in my Additional Value Content list.

The only thing I can think of is that I previously had an educational discount for PT, although I am not currently teaching and did not request an educational discount with my upgrade. Would that fact have cost me the Smack! plugin?

I have filed a support ticket and am trying to get a chat answer... none of that has been productive so far today...

According to my chat guru, they are aware that some folks aren't getting Smack! (not getting both the iLok license and the d'load link for the file).

We'll see...

It was a short-time upgrade promo directly from Avid.com in late November: v12.3.x -plus the update that the App Manager pushed out. I filled out a ticket and the issue has been resolved, survey and all. The issue was that Smack wasn't deposited into my Products, etc. folder at Avid.com. After they stuck it in there, I was able to download and activate Smack.
