Default Ilok space problem

This has been going on periodically ever since the plugin bundle was introduced a few months ago.

Look I OWN SPACE. I have had the license since 2010.

But now in PT 12.4 on Windows as PT starts up and hits Space I am asked to activate Space... LOL BUT IT IS ACTIVATED... LOL

I have posted Screens Shots of what I see in the order as they come. I have also include the ILOK app screen shots that show Space in my ILOK account.

Please Help.

What version of Space do you have installed?

Space was revved to 12.1 for the new plug-in bundles and uses a single license (Pro Tools Plan or Pro Tools HD Plan) which does not authorize older versions of the plug-in. If you got the plug-in bundle, you'll have one of the licenses mentioned and will have the needed installers in the Additional Value Content... section of the Pro Tools product in your Avid account.

If you have a dedicated license for Space then use that with the plug-in version provided with that product from your Avid account or from the Downloads section of the Space product page.

Thanks for the response but this is even more confusing now.

I have the Space 12.0 installed from the Download page and the ILOK asset but it still gives me this fit.

Also the new plugin bundle still is not in my AVID Account here is the on going case number. Plug-in Bundle for PT12 [Case : 02801168]

So nothing works.

What AVID said they were going to give me a 30 day
Pro Tools Plan until the real license got put into my account.

Then they later came back and said the real permanent license was in my account.
Which it is not. So this thing has been going on for months. Really suck and is pretty ridiculous that it has been handled so poorly.

I am starting to feel like the other schmucks who have paid for something that is not there.

My ILOK account ID is ----- please go and see for yourself.

Will look into your case, but in the meantime if you do have Space 12.0 installed then your issue is likely being caused by the expired Pro Tools Plan license which I see is still on your iLok. Please deactivate that (in iLok License Manager) and reply back with your results.

Well thank you very much for your help and assistance. I am blown away to say the least.

I resolved the Space issue last night.

In my Installed Programs I noticed the Space version 12.1 and 12.0.
The 12.1 is the installed version that came from the Additional content of the support plan.
The Pro Tools Plan license was already deactivated in my ILOK account.
But for whatever reason The 12.1 version was overriding my Space 12.0 version and the ILOK could not sort it out. Thus the inability to activate it.

So uninstalled the 12.1 version used TRASHER rebooted. And then started PT as it should be. No problems seeing my Space license I bought 5 years ago.

But now thanks to your help this is all sorted out in my AVID account.

Thank you Jeff this ended up being a great customer experience.
