Pro Tools Grid is off

So I have been having some issues with my Grid in pro tools. I am pretty sure it has to do with elastic audio. When I am importing an audio file that doesnt use elastic audio it lines up perfectly to grid. But when i import in the same file and turn elastic audio on that track it throws it back a little bit on the grid. Any solution to make everything sync perfect.
