PT 12 hanging on startup.

Hi!

Got my PT12 upgrade, and thanks for that. However....

....Pro Tools 12 is hanging on startup - 'Not Responding'. never had this issue with Pro Tools before, and there are no changes to my system.

I'm on Mac 10.10.2, Macbook Pro 13", 8GB Ram, 2.4Ghz Dual Core.

Tried trashing prefs, restarting and resetting PRAM. Nothing helps. This is a huge problem for me, which I need to resolve ASAP. Any help would be great, thanks.

I am having the same issue occasionally.

Have you tried disabling third party plugins?
Is you ilok connected via usb hub? Try direct connecting to you mbp.
Launch activity monitor and examine what happens when you launch PT (order by pid to see the most recent processes on top of the list).
Whenever it happens to me i kill off all Pro Tools/ Avid related processes via activity monitor and that helps most of the time.
