Soft keys between two PT workstations

Hi: I did a thorough search before posting this.

We have an S6 where I work.

The first Mac Pro runs Pro Tools 12.7 HD and works great with the S6.
--i believe it has Yosemite as well.

The 2nd Mac has PT 2018.10 Ultimate and Sierra.
--This one sees NO sofkeys whatsoever except "X-Mon" and "PT 2018."

We've gone in and made the correct changes to the "Appsets" and so forth. But we cannot get the Softkeys to show up for the 2nd Mac with 2018.

You need to manually install the XML appset files. Please see the following:
