EUCON 20.5.0 now available

Avid is pleased to announce the release of EUCON 20.5.0 with support for Pro Tools Folder tracks, a new Layout builder on the Control App many bug fixes for S1, Control App and other EUCON surfaces. Download it from your Avid Account or the Avid Download Center. Note: The old MyArtist site is no longer updated, find instruction on it for getting access to the Download Center.

Note: A 20.5.1 version of the Control App will be coming in the next day or two with Folder track Open and Close speed improvements. This will be compatible with EuControl 20.5.0

FY I just updated the 2 S1's and now seeing very sluggish meter activity on the S1's?also collapsing folders on the S1's have a bit of lag to whats happening in the DAW?

Did you update the Firmware and restart everything ?

Installed all the new software and drivers, restarted. S3 and Dock automation is now very sluggish. From the time I hit play it takes almost 2 seconds for it to recognize any automation commands from the surfaces. Had to re-install previous versions. Except now my iPad will not revert back to previous Control app. So it bricked my iPad for now.

What version of PT are you running ?

I updated from 2020.3 to 2020.5. I had the automation issues and reverted back to 2020.3. Problems are now gone, but iPad Control app is now not compatible.

I'm not clear. Downgrading PT cleared up the issue ? We spent a lot of time with the beta testers on this very issue and put in a number of fixes, so am very surprised to hear it(especially when the beta testers are telling me this is the best release yet!)

Yes, downgrading Pro Tools, and Eucon to 2020.3 and 20.1 respectively, cleared up the issue.

I suspect it's Eucon 20.5. It's not communicating effectively with Pro Tools in a large mix session. Is there a way to get the Control 20.1 app? Currently, I cannot use my iPad on my dock.
