Thanks. The logs show that quite often there 15 mins of no activity and then all the surfaces are disconnected(missing) Do you have sleep active on that machine?

This quick fix seems to make it more stable but I still crash pretty frequently.

Is there a way to downgrade to 2022.12 also on my iPads?

The computer doesn't sleep but displays and tablets do - maybe the surfaces as well? Is there a power management setting for the surfaces in particular?
Occasionally the tablets need to re-connect after waking but I haven't been having connection issues in general. It's the sudden PT crashes while everything is active and in use to which I've seen absolutely nothing in the way of a pattern with specific plugins or commands in PT. Totally random and unpredictable.

Are you PT 23.3 or 6 ? There was a crash in PT23.3 we fixed to do with EUBCON 23.6

I'm on PT 2023.3.
There are so many reports of problems with PT 2023.6, many specifically in regards to plugins that I own and use that it seems like quite a gamble to update. My system really was solid before this Eucon update - months without a single crash. I'm pretty angry with myself for not having auto-update turned off on the ipad. Oops

it helped for a while yesterday

but today the tablet started to disappear again, more and more frequently

i had to turn it off (then i noticed i cant work without it )
