Cancelling subscription
Hi there, I'm aware that because of Covid the support centre is currently closed so I'm hoping someone from support can contact me regarding a cancellation issue.
A collegue of mine purchased one month of pro tools 12 on my CC for use on a remote project, but Avid is now trying to charge me again. There doesn't seem to be any way for me to contact somone to cancel that. |

Sorry for the difficulty - CS is not closed and you should be able to start a support case from the Support Center link in my.avid.com though since this is a billing issue you could use the HELP/CHAT button on the right side of the shop.avid.com. I'll get a support case going for you so please watch for a case update email.
