Default PT 2024.3 - Mac Efficiency Cores In Play?

I checked today on my M3 Max MBP and it looks like Efficiency Cores are now being used in Pro Tools 2024.3 - can anyone else confirm?

I guess this makes M3 Pro MBPs a lot more attractive now, if the case....

Nice, and looks good seeing 16 Cores in the System Usage window.

Well... maybe, maybe not...

It has been claimed that the cores appearing on the meters are nothing more than a useless visualisation and nothing has changed under the hood.

It's complicated and we still don't really know.

All being discussed here - https://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=415900&page=5
