Couple of question

So I've been on hold with Digi twice for 30 minutes each time only to have my call dropped, so I thought I should try my questions here to see if anyone could help. I bought a MBox 2 bundle from someone and it came with an ilok. I already transferred all of the licenses over to me. He didn't even touch the ilok so all of those licenses are mine also. The question I have is, how do I get the plugins that are on the ilok? Pro Tools 7.4 came with the bundle, so I've already upgraded to 8.0, and all of the software that came on the install disks are out of date. Is there a way to download upgrades since I bought 8.0? Also, what is the ignition pack, and how do I get it? Thanks so much in advance.
