Default Plug-in settings not saving on 10HD

Hello,

I am having an issue regarding some plug-ins on Pro Tools 10HD 10.3.9. I am running off of a 2012 Mac Pro 10.2.8 and up until now we have had no issues. But regarding the standard Pro Tools plug-in package, I t has been discovered that when the D-verb is assigned to a track and then adjusted, particularly when going from Room sizes, when it is saved and reopened again, the plug-in reverts back to the factory setting Room1 large 100% wet.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, what can be done to fix it. Automate the plug-in was one option I read about.

Thank you.

Save the setting(s) so you can recall?

...
Known issue to many. Best, in my eyes and what you found out : automate every parameter, then it stays.
