I'm having problems resolving this issue.

Could you give us an less info?
Please read the 'help us to help you' link that's at the top of every page here. At the least we need system info, what you're doing in the session, PT version, operating system version, everything.

I'm confused - Are you gar (the first poster)? If not I think you posted in the wrong thread. And if you are this is still not enough info. We need complete system info, not just the highlights. And not just a cryptic 'no session can be opened'. Can you open PT itself? Can you create new sessions?

Sorry, my crystal ball is not working well today. Could you give us just a little hint about your system? I don't know if you are on PC or Mac.

RAM, drives, OS, PT version, CPU etc.
