Default Installation Error

I just purchased Pro Tools M-Powered 8.0 and when I try to run the setup I get the following error:

"setup.exe is not a valid win32 application"

I'm running Windows XP Professional SP3 using 2 M-Audio Delta 1010s and a Command 8.

If anyone knows what is going on and could help it would be much appreciated.

Thank You.

-Tyler
