Error occurred while trying to load controller personality EUCON
I am running Pro Tools 10 and trying to install a PT Dock. I have the IPad connected to the Dock and that part seems to be working. When I try to enable EUCON in PT I get an error that says an error occurred while trying to load the controller personality “EUCON”.
When I click ok another pop up says access violation occurred unable to read location 0x00000004 So far I have attempted to give permissions to the controller folder where the EUCON is, uninstall and reinstall everything except pro tools. I’ve read every article and tried everything on this subject. I have not found anything with that specific location error. Everything seems to be fine in my EUCON settings. The IPAD switches to whatever application i am running.
